I had the pleasure of working with Larry in the Water Department for many years and when I read his obit I was not at all surprised to see that donations are welcome for the animal shelter. Larry would pick up anything with 4 legs and bring it back to the shop! My condolences to Larry's family.

I had the pleasure of working with and had come to know Larry Kramer while working at the Elgin Water Department. I remember Larry as a kind, honest, dedicated, hard working man whose sense of humor and friendship helped get me through each work day. I would like to express to the entire family my most heartfelt sympathy. Larry will always remain very much alive in the memories of those who loved and respected him.
