Annette T. Kowalski nee Stefanich, Age 87, Matteson resident since 1985, formerly of Chicago Heights, passed away at St. James Hospice on June 4th. Beloved wife of [late] Edward Frank Kowalski [1987]. Loving mother of Carol [David] Perozzi of Olympia Fields & daughter-in-law Roseann [late James Edward, 1995] Kowalski of Portland, OR. Dearest sister of [all late] Kate Juricic, Mae Bush, & Ann Lukanich, Joseph Stefanich & John Stefanich; sister-in-laws, Helen VanDam & [late] Lottie Hein, & brother-in-law [late] Ted Kowalski. Dear grandmother of Lynann [Eric] Rapoport of Largo, FL., David [Wendy] Perozzi of Tinley Park, Christopher [Mattie] Kowalski of LaGrange, Dion Perozzi of Steger, Deanne Perozzi of Olympia Fields & [late, 1998] Daren Perozzi. Great grandmother of Nathan & Tyler Perozzi, James & Meg Kowalski, Jacob & Jade Rapoport, & Mason Daren Perozzi. Also Aunt to several nieces & nephews. Member of St. Lawrence OToole Church & Young of Heart Club. Visitation was 3-9 P.M., Friday at Hirsch Funeral Homes, West End Chapel, 1340 Otto Blvd., Chicago Heights. Funeral Mass was 10:30 A.M. at St. Lawrence OToole Church, 214th & Governors Hwy., Matteson. Interment at Assumption Cemetery. Donations may be directed to Daren Perozzi, Memorial Fund.
