Dear O’Brien Family,
My deepest sympathies go out to you.
I was good friends with Claire when we were younger and was also a teammate in high school. She was a beautiful, brave person that others looked up to.
I will always remember Claire as a laughing little girl full of sunshine, someone who loved everything around her and who you couldn't help but love back.
I am so sorry for your loss, and your family will continue to be in my prayers.

Words cant describe how upset I am to hear about Claire. So sorry i could'nt make it over for the funeral. Hope that evryone is keeping positive and remembering her for the beautiful, kind and happy little sweetheart that she was!

To the O'Brien Family,
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Claire. We went though recruitment for Kappa together and she was ALWAYS there for anyone who needed help. I went through surgery that same year and she was always there for me whether I needed someone to carry me up the stairs, help me up from my seat, or just make me smile when I was frustraited with my crutches and cast. Claire was an amazing person and friend... she will be forever missed.

My heart breaks for all of you. My daughter Jenna was a friend of Claire's at Monmouth. I met Claire once and was struck by her fun loving spirit and her beautiful hair. Jenna was soo disappointed when Claire transferred. She really enjoyed their friendship and it helped Jenna thru her freshman year.Jenna felt badly that she couldn't attend the services for Claire. I attended Monmouth College and became friends with Claire our freshman year. Claire was such a fun, beautiful person. She was full of energy and laughter and always brought a smile to everyones faces. So many people here at Monmouth knew clarie and love her very much. I am so heartbroken for your loss. To all the O'briens,
Claire will always have a place in my heart, as well as my family's. We all loved her dearly. She was like no other and made her friends feel like they could do anything. She will never be forgotten by anyone who was lucky enough to have known her. I will keep your family in my prayers. Though she wasn't religious, I believe she's soaring with the angels in Heaven (and probably playing tricks on her loved ones on earth). The world will not be the same without her.

My deepest sympathy for your loss. Claire was an amazing and outgoing person. I still can remember our days at Teddybear Preschool and then St. Geralds, Claire was my first best friend. My memories of her are nothing but good from the countless sleepovers we had as young girls to Claire piercing my ears with a pair of plastic button earrings (I didn't even think it was possible to do so). She was a beautiful person and will forever have a spot inside my heart as the first person who I trusted with all of my childhood worries and secrets. Dear Mr. and Mrs. O'Brien, Conor, and Christopher,
My sincerest apologies and condolences go out to you, and I couldn't possibly imagine the sorrow you are experiencing. Claire was a kind and beautiful woman, who became my friend as soon as I met her. She was a devoted and compassionate friend, who never ceased to help me.
I remember just the two of us celebrating a New Years together at your dining room table, with a meal we had prepared, and we toasted the New Year together. Although we were alone, we had a wonderful time acting like independent adults, years before we would be. To me Claire was fun, enthusiastic, and one of the best friends I have ever had, who I will remember forever.
