I was always proud to call you my uncle, and will forever remember your kind and sweet nature. May you be at rest now in our eternal home with the Lord and all of our family members who have gone before us. Until we meet again, I will cherish your memory and pray for you. Please pray for us, too.
We love you,

John it was a great pleasure to meet you and get to know you as a person. I will never forget that you called me your adoptive grand daughter. May you rest in peace and know how much you were loved by many people.

My prayers are with the family and friends during this sad loss. Though John lived a full life, it is still painful to lose someone we love in death. May you be comforted by God's promise to end death forever.

It was such an honor & pleasure to have crossed paths with John! I am deeply saddened to have received the news today. I have often thought of John since I seen him last when he came to my job to visit & say hello. I was let go from my job & thought what would John say when he comes to visit again & I won't be there! God bless the family & I will miss hearing his stories!
