Bill was a friend to all. His calm demeanor, kind smile, willingness to help everyone with just about anything was a role model for all. When you look up the word "thoughtful" in the dictionary, Bill's picture is next to it. He was a blessing to our family as well as the church family. My deepest sympathy to Carolyn and all the Crabbe and Noteboom families.

I'll alwys remember how active he was in the church.He accomplished quiet a bit in 76 years.
His home was warm & gracious.He alwys had room to park on his lawn. He will be missed.
