Dollie Precilla Dobbs, 79, of Farmington, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, in Farmington. She was born March 31, 1933, in Cuba, to Hollie P. Dobbs and Esther Gutierrez.
Dollie was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Farmington. She loved cooking, sewing and spending a lot of time with her family. She loved everyone with the big heart that she had and was always praying for someone. Her Laddie will miss her the rest of his life here on earth. I love you with all my heart, Mom.
Dollie was preceded in death by a daughter, Dina Valencia Walker. She is survived by sons, Laddie Valencia and Joseph Valencia. Also surviving is a sister, Annie Maestas; grandchildren, Terrence Valencia, Taiston Wilson, Dina Wilson, Hannah Hopper and six great grandchildren.
Rosary for Dollie will be recited 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 23, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Tim Farrell celebrant.
Dollie's care is entrusted to Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute St. in Farmington, 505-325-8688.

My prayers are with you Joseph,Laddie and Denna,I loved your mother with all my heart she has been on my mind for several weeks and I just found out that she passed away.I have very fond memories of your mother I would stsy with her at her house we would go out to eat,shopping and I even took her dancing...she loved to dance and she always had a different dance partner every dance.My heart hurts so much but I do know that she is in a better place she's in heaven..... My deepest condolences. I will always remember my Aunt Dollie especailly in my younger years. The times I would spend the night with Dina, the many times you guys visited me and my Grandma Minnie...so many memories. I am very saddend and my heart aches. She will live forever in my heart.

Laddie and Joseph, Your mother was one of a kind, don't think I ever saw her mad and always with a smile on her face. I can only imagine the re-union she had in heaven the day she left us. I know the love she had for music and have to smile when I think about her leading heaven in singing ....From the great Atlantic ocean to the wide Pacific shore.
