Francisco Fernandez Obituary
Francisco attended Aztec High School where he was a junior. He loved playing sports, his favorite football team was the New England Patriots and his favorite basketball team was Oklahoma City Thunder. On his spare time, he would play video games. His favorite thing to do was to hang out with family and friends. He will forever be in our hearts.
Francisco "Paco" is survived by his father, Francisco Daniel Fernandez Sr.; his brother, Daniel; and two sisters, Destiny and Haven. He also leaves his paternal grandmother, Silvia Light. He is also survived by his uncles, Alejandro (Priscilla), Christian (Ashley); aunts, Lupe (Jorge), Adriana (Gilbert); cousins, Viviana, Eduardo, Danette, Dyamond, Darlene, Amanda, JR and Aurelia; and by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service for Francisco will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 15 at Piñon Hills Community Church, 5101 N. Dustin Ave. in Farmington. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 6917 E. Main St. in Farmington.
Funeral arrangements are with Farmington Funeral Home, 2111 W. Apache St., 505-325-2211. Those who wish to express condolences may do so at www.farmingtonfuneral.com.

I met Paco in August and immediately knew he was a beautiful soul. He was always so polite and had a beautiful smile. It was always a bright spot in my day to run into him at AHS. Prayers for peace and comfort for Paco's family. He will be dearly missed and never forgotten.

We did not know this young man, but after hearing from so many that he went to school with and seeing his Facebook page lit up with so many wonderful words, it let's us know of what a great community we have here in the Four Corners.
