The last time I saw Paul we were talking about the Edney line. We visited for a long time. I enjoyed his company so much. Not long after that we moved. When we moved back I was looking forward to seeing him again. It never happened because God needed his love and energy in heaven. I look forward to seeing him in that City of gold.

Paul and I played in the same band but at different times but that was our connection and start to our friendship. We lived close in Kirtland so we spent a lot of time together either playing music, repurposing junk that probably just needed to be trashed or just hanging out watching a horror movie. I could not begin to number the times that Paul was there when challenges hit my house and was in need of help. Paul is a completely different and unique individual. God gifted him with many talents and he honed and used all of them. He had a different way of looking at things and inspired me in many ways. I moved away from the Farmington area many years ago but have thought of Paul often. I look forward to seeing you again Brother. We will have to see what kind of junk that’s been left laying around in Heaven to be repurposed. Until then you will be missed.

Paul was a blessing in so many lives. I had the privilege to be his friend for 30 years and to get to know his sweet spirit and amazing talents. He was a very generous soul and a humble follower of Jesus, and we will miss him very much.
