Joyce Horton Obituary
Winton resident
Joyce Phelps Horton, 70, of 201 West Mulberry St., died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2009 in Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville. A celebration of her life will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Winton Baptist Church. Miller Funeral Home, 304 Main Street, Gatesville, is in charge of arrangements.
