Theodore Mutro, 88, of Ocracoke, died in Ocracoke, Monday, March 2, 2009. Graveside services will be held at Ocracoke Community Cemetery, Friday at 11 a.m. Twiford's Funeral Home, Hatteras, is in charge of arrangements.
