William Henry "Bill" Perry Jr., 82, formerly of Hertford, died Monday, July 6, 2009, in Sentara Leigh Memorial Hospital, Norfolk. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in Bethel Baptist Church, Hertford. Swindell Funeral and Cremation Services of Hertford is in charge of arrangements.
