Kent Uhrig Obituary
HOLLANSBURG -- Kent Alan Uhrig, 68 of Hollansburg, Ohio, passed away on Saturday May 3, 2025, at 6:12 PM at his residence. Kent was born June 25, 1956, in Darke County, Ohio, the son of the late Richard and Naomi (Fields) Uhrig.
Kent worked as a machinist at Cadilliac Gage. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and built his own muzzleloader for deer hunting.
Kent is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife Velvet Uhrig; and his brothers, Bill and Joe Sparks.
Kent is survived by his wife, Anita (Tobias) Uhrig; his children, Rhiannon (Howard) Bentley, Heather (Bradley) Tobias, Randon (Brittany) Uhrig; his grandchildren, Judah, Ash, and Josh; and his sisters, Pricilla (John) Stolle, and Millie (Rick) Lee.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
