GREENVILLE — Sandra Lee (Smith) Martino, 80, passed away Friday, May 12, 2017, at the State of the Heart Care Center, in Greenville, Ohio. Sandra was born Nov. 17,1936, in Dayton, to the late Emerson and Virginia (Grant) Smith.
In addition to her parents, Sandra is preceded in death by: her husband, Thomas Martino; brothers David and Ronald Smith; and a grandchild, Levi Sutton. Sandra worked at FRAM, in Greenville, for 20 years. She enjoyed collecting beanie babies, fishing, boating, bowling and playing video games with her grandchildren.
Sandra is survived by: her children Teresa (Curt) Mikesell, of Ansonia; Virginia "Ginger", of Greenville; Michael, of Gettysburg; Jerome (Kristie) Martino, of Cleveland and Catherine Schaefer, of Indian Lake; 14 grandchildren; six great - grandchildren and one on the way; sisters Susan Myers, of Troy and Sharon (Les) Ramsey, of Indian Lake; and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 17, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, in Greenville, with Father John White officiating. Burial will take place at noon, Thursday, May 18, at Calvary Cemetery, in Bellefontaine. Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, May 16, from 4 - 7 p.m. at Oliver Floyd Funeral Home, with a prayer service starting at 3:45 p.m. Memorials may be given to at State of the Heart Care, 1350 N.
