David LaMonica Obituary
August 5, 1945 - May 2, 2018
David Anthony LaMonica was a Vietnam veteran, UCLA graduate, environmentalist and entrepreneur. David is survived by his wife of 44 years Lane Bove; his daughters Elle and Maggie Bove-LaMonica; his sons-in-law Jordan Brafman and John Friberg; his four grandchildren Noa, Karl, Elias, Aurelia and his two sisters Joan Goeffredo and Ann Montesanto. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00am on May 11, 2018 at Loyola Marymount University. In lieu of flowers, a gift may be made to The Bove LaMonica Family Scholarship at LMU, http://go.lmu.edu/bove.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May the happy memories fill the emptiness you feel in your hearts and may they sustain you when you need them the most. May perpetual light shine upon David LaMonica. Lane, Maggie and Elle: My heart and sincerest sympathy goes to all. You had a good man. He was the host with the most. I shared with your mom, I remember vividly how proud he was of his sausage and peppers recipe. He was blessed to have all of you in his life. You are three amazing women. Prayers.

My memories of David are many! I remember his kind and sincere spirit! He was a devoted man to his daughters, wife and friends. David was always willing to lend a hand, an ear or his kind heart ♥. May all his loved ones find peace in remembering his loving ness to all...a rare quality in all people. My sincere condolences.
