Of Harbor City passed away June 4, 2007 at the age of 53. Born in Long Beach on October 12, 1953. Survived by wife, Maricela; children, Alfonso, Erika and Sarah; brothers, Jose, Leo, Javier and Manuel. Visitation will be today, Thrusday, 1:00-8:00pm at the mortuary. Vigil services will be Friday, June 8th, 7:30pm, Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, June 9, 2:30pm, both services at St. Margaret Mary Church in Lomita. I remember meeting Eddie way back in 1977 when I was a patient in peds with a fracture femur. I was in the hospital for about 6 weeks and had many x-rays and Eddie was at my bedside offen, that was the begining of a long friendship. I was hired by Kaiser in Apirl of 1980. I feel blessed to have had him as a caregiver and as a co-worker for all these years he will be greatly missed here. And although know words can take away the pain you must all feel, know that my prayers are with you and your family.
