Pamela Bernfeld Obituary

Pamela F. Bernfeld

Pamela F. Bernfeld, 51, of Redondo Beach, CA, passed from this life Tuesday, April 2, 2013. Born in New York, NY, she was the daughter of Elaine (Lefkowitz) Bernfeld and the late Sol Bernfeld. A strong willed woman, Pamela lived her life her way. She enjoyed cooking, loved couture; especially her Manolo's. She loved the beach and made it her home. Pamela's love for life and music brought her to a career with The ESP Guitar Company during the Company's inception. Her well respected contributions of years ago in the music industry still stand strong today. She also worked in sales in the computer industry for many years. As a member of the Moose Lodge in Redondo Beach, she was involved in various volunteer activities. Family and friends meant everything to her, with loyalty her strong suit. Pamela touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed. She leaves her life companion, Barry Hodges of Redondo Beach, CA; her mother, Elaine Bernfeld of The Villages, FL; her brother, Harvey Bernfeld of Sorrento, FL; dear friend, Susan Barry; nieces, Samantha and Gracie Bernfeld; and nephew, Alex Bernfeld. Knew her in the mid 1980's in NY . We communicated often regarding music business opportunities for her. She was a very dedicated person and I am saddened to hear that she left for her next journey . God Speed Pam.
