MRS. Kava (I cringed when I was an adult and she told me to call her Sheila!) was our neighbor and mother to two of my best childhood friends. I remember sleepovers in the basement. Am I dreaming tomato soup and grilled cheese or was that real? She always made me feel welcome. Though our family moved, I have always had fond memories of Sheila and the Kava family. People grow apart but they leave a mark on your heart. My love to all of you!

All of you are in our thoughts as you navigate this time. Sheila was an angel! And it is true, she never had a bad word to say about anyone. Our deepest condolences, and peace for your family.
