David Kemp Obituary
Graveside services for David O. Kemp, 76, of Allen, Texas, are set for 3 p.m. Saturday, May 7 at Henry Cemetery with Virginia Jones Finzel officiating.
Mr. Kemp passed away on Sunday, May 1st, 2022, peacefully with his beloved wife Linda and their children by his side.
David had retired from his law practice at Kemp, Lydick & Associates. He was a talented musician, a lifelong student, loved spending time with his children and grandchildren, and dancing with his wife.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Howard & Lois Kemp; one brother Louis Kemp, one sister Marjorie Boucher, and his beloved daughter, Laura Alvarado.
He is survived by his wife Linda Kemp; three children Rebecca Parks and her husband Steve, Keri Taylor and her husband Ted, and Howard Kemp and his wife Jennifer; nine grandchildren Michael, Landon, Hudson, Teddy, Ashland, Gage, David, Ava, & Valerie; and one great-grandson Knox.
In remembrance of David's life, the family suggests that any charitable donations be made to PanCAN.org or Sistersbyheart.org.
