A Celebration of Life Service Graveside Service for Frank Wilburn, 94, of Collierville, Tenn., will be Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 2 p.m. at Magnolia Gardens with Military Honors. Pastor Les Helton will officiate the service. Visitation will be Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 1 p.m. until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – South Chapel on Highway 45 South.
Mr. Wilburn passed away Sunday, October 26, 2025 in Bartlett, Tenn. He was born May 18, 1931 in Kossuth to Eldridge and Alma Carter Wilburn. Before his retirement he was a boilermaker for 40 years with Boilermakers Local 263 Union. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Collierville, Tenn.
Mr. Wilburn is survived by his sons, Pat Wilburn (Teresa) and Perry Wilburn; his grandchildren, Ashley, Lacey and Christian; his great-grandchildren, Ethan, Caleb, Alfred and Kait; other relatives and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Syble Essary Wilburn; his daughter, Sharon Wilburn; his father, Eldridge Wilburn; his mother Alma Carter Wilburn and his brothers, James Wilburn and A.J. Wilburn.
Pallbearers will be Blake Smith, Christian Wilburn and Alfred Klug.
In lieu of flowers the family request donation be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
