Evelyn Zielesch Obituary

Evelyn was born in Oklahoma and traveled to Woodland when she was just a toddler. They paid five cents for a bubble bath in town. She worked at the state theater, the bank, and in high school met her husband, Fred. They bought Orrick Farms and raised three children, Greg, Derek and Tanya. She was adoringly known by the grandkids as Momo. She is survived by Greg, Derek (Kim) and Tanya (Rob) Johnson; grandkids, Rex, Dane, Lindsey, Danielle, Cache, Rodney Gladney, Chase, Cody, Casey Smith and eight great-grandchildren. She died peacefully in her home thanks to Dane and Tanya as well as her caregivers, Tina Quinn and Kerrie Fong. I want to personally thank Dane, for being there every day for both Evelyn and Fred, allowing them to remain in their home. Thank you to Yolo County Hospice for their amazing care as well. Private services will be held.
