Juan Nolasco Obituary

Jan. 3, 1959 - Dec. 30, 2007

Juan "Carlos" Rosales Nolasco died Sunday Dec. 30, 2007 in Tijuana, Baja California at age 48.

Mr. Nolasco was born Jan. 3, 1959 to Carlos and Maria Rosales Nolasco in Tlalpan, D.F. Mexico, where he attended school. He had been a Yolo County resident for 27 years and worked in construction.

Survivors include Mr. Nolasco's wife of 27 years, Evangelina Vidales, son Juan "Carlitos" Nolasco Jr., god-daughter Emeteria "Tera" Lepe and husband Juan, mother Maria Rosales Nolasco, brothers Francisco, Enrique Nolasco, sisters Marta, Elena and Ana Nolasco all of Juarez, Chihuahua. Other survivors include in-laws Rosario Vidales, Fred and Linda Vidales, Virginia and Ruben Rodarte, Marta Vidales all of Woodland, Raquel and Antonio Mercado of Sacramento, and also several nieces and nephews.

He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and always willing to lend a helping hand. His hobbies included playing handball, drawing and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by grandmother Juanita.

Services: Services are scheduled for 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2008, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 301 Walnut St.
