I just found out Mike died. So sad. I had known him all his life. My husband and Cecil were CHP. We lived across West St. Mike always took such good care of my security needs. I am saddened. Please accept my condolences.

I was so saddened to just learn of Mike's passing. For 30 + years, now retired, I was a hardware sales rep calling on Mike and Cecil at both shop locations. Mike was always the professional. Always welcoming with the big smile and invite to the office to solve all the world's problems while discussing his hardware needs. As the holidays approached, he always had a box of See's candy with my name on it. Rest in peace my friend.

I'm so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. Having grown up across the street from Mike, I have many memories of all us kids on the block playing games and having fun. Years later, when I moved back to Woodland and needed a lock fixed, of course I called Mike and it was great to see him again after all those years. I'm so sorry for your loss.

We are so sorry to hear of Mikes passing. We will miss him. We recall many drives to Reno in the Hot Rods to Hot August Nights. There a few times he got us out of a jam when we locked ourselves out. He was a generous soul and a good friend.
RIP Mike.

Mike was a friend of mine, he and I enjoyed collecting World War II memorabilia, especially German daggers which he had hanging all over his office wall. he was a wonderful locksmith, anytime I needed work done it was always Mike I hired to do it. One time he talked me out of buying a Victorian home years ago, he said if you wanna work on your house every day go ahead and buy a Victorian. Lol. I remember sitting for hours talking with him about hot rods and World War II items, while he played Solitaire on his ancient Mac Computer. He actually talked me into entering a raffle one time, I told him no and he said oh come on man, so I did and I won $1000! Lol. It´s so strange I recently thought about contacting him just a few days ago because it had been so many years since I had seen him after moving to Sacramento. I called the furniture store next door to C&R lock today as I could not get a answer on the phone and the gentleman I spoke with at the furniture store told me Mike just passed away : ( What a shock! Man How the years go by in a blink of an eye. I only wish I would have thought about contacting him sooner. Definitely a lesson learned here when you care about somebody make sure you check in on them often make sure that you tell them that you care about them every chance you get, as you may never get that chance again. Thank you Mike for being a friend and a great person. I will always remember you and I will miss you. I Just wish I would´ve had a chance to say goodbye. Rest in peace brother.
