Dad I will miss you so much. I will miss our nice visits on the phone and seeing you come visit us in Montana. I will miss hearing your voice and all the good advice you have given me over the years. I will keep you close in my heart. When I see the mountains and the tree's and all the wild life here in Montana, I will think of you and how much you loved the outdoors and fishing and hunting. I will miss you dad. I will see you some day soon in heaven with all our loved ones who have gone on before us. I am so thankful that you trusted in Jesus as your saviour. Your loving daughter, Jamie

Carla we are so sorry for your loss as well as ours. We were praying for a miracle, but God chose to take Dad home for reasons we don't know now, but will someday. Losing our son Jason just 10 months ago is still so hard and now Dad, its unbearable at times. We love you Dad and Jason! I know this is so hard for all of us and we will miss Dad so much, but we should all be happy for him too because he is in Heaven now, no longer suffering the pain of this world. I was so happy for Dad when he told me he made things right with God and that he was not afraid to die now, for Jesus was his savior. He is now with his dad, Grandpa Hewitt and our Jason, and all the other believers that have gone before him. We will miss Dad so very much. I already miss his calls and being able to call him too. Dad had wanted to come to Montana to hunt with the"guys" Dave, Jason (before he passed), lil and big Ryan, and Michael. Almost every time he called he talked about getting tags to come up to hunt. He loved hunting and the outdoors. I am sure he is having the time of his life now. Carla, we will keep you and all of our family in our prayers. We love you all~
