Amy MacKinnon Obituary

Amy Louise MacKinnon
KINGSTON-Amy Louise MacKinnon 84, passed away Feb. 17, 2012.
She was born in Kingston to Henry and Gladys Millonig and lived in Hurley. Husband Robert A. MacKinnon predeceased her.
She was a member of the Old Dutch Church, a graduate of Oberlin College, Ohio and taught music at New Paltz College. She was a past President of the Jr. League of Kingston, President of the Ulster County Garden Club, a National Flower Arranging Judge, a member of Ulster County Historical Society and the Calabar Club.
Surviving is daughter Laurinda MacKinnon and granddaughters Abbigail and Courtney of Tucson, Ariz., brothers Henry and David Millonig of Palm Coast, Fla., sisters Alice Beehler of Aiken, S.C. and Ann Lynn Millonig of Kingston.
Interment will be in the Spring at the Hurley Cemetery at a time to be announced by Keyser Funeral Home.

Lou was such a dear friend and mentor. Enjoyed every minute of her company at Ulster Garden Club. Wonderful courageous lady is dearly missed and remembered.
