Dakoda Hally Obituary
SAUGERTIES- Dakoda S. Hally, 10, of VanVlierden Rd., died Thursday, July 12, 2012, at the Albany Medical Center. Born Jan. 22, 2002 in Kingston, he is the son of Misty Shultis and Matthew Hally.
A student of Grant D. Morse Elementary School where he just completed the 3rd Grade. He loved the outdoors, hiking, fishing, and being amongst nature.
A skilled video player he also idolized ""Jack Sparrow"" and was able to meet him through ""Make a Wish"".
Besides his parents, survivors include two brothers, Damion and Dametrius Hally; and two Sisters, Saphier and Saydie Hally, all of Saugerties. His maternal grandparents, Peter Shultis and Pamela Richardson, both of Saugerties; paternal grandmother, Barbara Hally, of Catskill; maternal great-grandparent, Elaine and Donald Perry of Kingston; as well as Justin Wilms, Jamie Wilms, Harry Wilms, Chrystal Wilms, and Laura Shultis, thank you for being the family he needed.
Friends will be received Wednesday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc., corner of John and Lafayette St., Saugerties. His funeral procession will form 9 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, thence to the Trinity Episcopal Church where at 10 a.m. his funeral service will be conducted. Interment will follow in the Palenville Cemetery.
Family suggests donations in Dakoda's memory be made to the, ""Make A Wish Foundation,"" or the Ronald McDonald House in Albany.

Such a brave boy. Im glad he got to go to Disney through Make A Wish Foundation. Condolances to my cousin Pamela, Misty & family. Treasure your memories, hold them close. Comfort one another, remember his laughter. Dakoda now is dancing on streets of gold. Amen.
