Thanks to my sister, I am seeing this. Danny was my cousin, though we never got to meet. That makes me sad, because cousins are always the best and our family is filled with great ones. Rest in peace, Danny and say hello to your folks and mine.

So blessed to find this tonight. Danny was my first cousin, though I hadn't seen him in many years. So few family members left. I remember a great trip to LA in 1986. I had the privilege of seeing Danny perform at the Comedy Store right before Yakov. He made a big deal of my being there and did a funny bit about my dad, George, before he segued into his Dangerfield impression. It is sad but wonderful to read all the comments here. Thank you.

Oh Danny I called you several times two days after you passing & wondering why youre not answering, i miss you so much and wish i wasnt working so much so that i would have called you sooner, you were always so supportive and believed in me even when i didnt believe in myself, you were always so funny and knew how to make me laugh, you could make anyone laugh, thats why i valued your opinion so much and the fact that you believed in me and my comedic stills. It was an honor to make a funny guy like yourself laugh. Now youre with the angels, and making them laugh, im sure i will see you again some day. i love you rest in peace. Im heartbroken that you passed away.

Feel proud that your persona impacted many many people all throughout your life and that you will always be remembered in a good way that will bring a smile and laughter to all that had the pleasure of knowing you. We will always be bonded by watching Reggie's baseball folklore heroics in the 1977 World Series which seems like yesterday! Rest peacefully Rodney.....
