Darren Arthur Duffy KINGSTON- Darren Arthur Duffy, 39, of Kingston, passed away Friday, March 6, 2015. He was born March 15, 1975 in Kingston, to Thomas Duffy, Jr. and the late Olga (Raskoskie) Duffy. Darren was a graduate of Coleman High School Class of 1993 and Marist College Class of 1998 where he received a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Business Administration. He was an automobile racing enthusiast and had previously worked for Reeves Callaway in Conneticuit, Skip Barber Racing School in Lime Rock and for GM-R Works in California. He also worked for Wishoo as Director of Business Development in Indiana, Zumtobel Lighting in Highland and Sitour in Kingston. Darren was a member of Boy Scout Troop 10 in Town of Ulster where he was a Star Scout. He was also on the IBM Swim and Golf Teams and was involved in Junior Achievement. Darren loved animals and Starbucks Coffee. In addition to his father he is survived by his sister, Melissa Ascarino and her husband Steven of Saugerties; two nieces, Ayla Rayne Johnson and Taylor Elizabeth Ascarino; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Entrusted to the care of Luke Keyser of A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave., Kingston, where friends and family may visit on Thursday, March 12, 2015, from 4 to 8 p.m.. The procession will form on Friday, March 13, 2015, at 9 a.m. and proceed to Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 467 Delaware Ave., Kingston where at 10 a.m. a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Kingston.
