Michael V. Baglio

Michael V. Baglio, 99, of Ulster Park, NY, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, NY. He was born on September 13, 1924, in Brooklyn, NY and was the son of the late Salvatore and Ersillia (Spano) Baglio. Michael served honorably in WWII. When he came back from the war, Michael married the love of his life, Mary Guercio on October 29, 1950. They were married for 52 years before she passed away in 2002. Michael worked for the NYC Transit Authority, where he was a mechanical maintainer and retired in 1985. He is survived by his daughter, Jo Anna Mignone and her husband, Peter Mignone. Grandson, Anthony Mignone and his husband, Matthew Coumbes, his sister, Mary Paradiso. As well as many nieces, nephews and people whose lives he touched. Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc., 216 Broadway, Port Ewen, NY 12466, where family and friends may visit on Monday, November 13, 2023 from 11am to 1pm. The funeral service will take place at 1pm followed by burial at St. Mary's Cemetery.
