Philip Dugan Obituary

Philip S. Dugan SAUGERTIES - Philip S. Dugan, 52, of Harry Wells Rd. died Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013 at the Kingston Hospital. Born Aug. 30, 1961 in Kingston he is the son of Philip and Anna Marie Dugan. An area resident for several years, he was employed as a Carpenter. Besides his parents of Saugerties survivors include two Sons: Christopher and Joshua Dugan both of Fla. and one Daughter: Leann Lincoln of Fla. One Sister: Cindy Dugan of Colo., six Grandchildren also survive. His Funeral Procession will form 10:15 a.m. Saturday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. Of John & Lafayette Sts. Thence to St. John The Evangelist where at 11 a.m. a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered. Friends will be received Friday 7 to 9 p.m. Interment will follow in the Blue Mt. Cemetery.
