Walter was a great person. I met him over 20 years ago while a PTA student at the former Kingston Hospital. He was a very compassionate person and will be missed by all who knew him.

I was so very sorry to hear of Walter's passing. He was my friend and coworker at Kingston Hospital for many years. I will always remember his kind, gentle and patient way he had of encouraging all in his care. He put smiles on many faces over the course of his career. He truly had a gift. My sincere condolences to his family. Rest in peace, Walter and may God bless you always.

Patrick and Danny,

Your father was a genuinely kind and warm man. We always looked forward to his Christmas card and letter keeping us posted of your lives as you grew. I will forever be grateful to your father for picking up Tristan for preschool during the week we were away. You were blessed to have him as a role model and our prayers are with both of you at this time.

I'm really going to miss you, my friend, as you always made it a point to say hello when you were walking in Target. Thank you for praying for me as I prayed for you. You always wore a smile, no matter how difficult the things you were going through. Thank you for letting me a brief part of your life. Until we meet again...

To Patrick, Daniel, Missy and family,
Hands down, Walter was one of the best people I've ever known. I was a student shadowing him at Kingston Hospital. Later, I had the pleasure of working with Walter at the hospital. He was loved by all---staff and patients. He was so very kind. My sympathy to all of you.
