A veritable Saint of a man who touched the hearts of all who crossed his path ...

I just found about your loving father. Please know I am truly sorry. Love to Daniel and Patrick. I loved Walter and I will miss him.

Walter was a great person. I met him over 20 years ago while a PTA student at the former Kingston Hospital. He was a very compassionate person and will be missed by all who knew him.

I was so very sorry to hear of Walter's passing. He was my friend and coworker at Kingston Hospital for many years. I will always remember his kind, gentle and patient way he had of encouraging all in his care. He put smiles on many faces over the course of his career. He truly had a gift. My sincere condolences to his family. Rest in peace, Walter and may God bless you always.

Patrick and Danny,

Your father was a genuinely kind and warm man. We always looked forward to his Christmas card and letter keeping us posted of your lives as you grew. I will forever be grateful to your father for picking up Tristan for preschool during the week we were away. You were blessed to have him as a role model and our prayers are with both of you at this time.

You always wore a smile, no matter how difficult the things you were going through. Thank you for letting me a brief part of your life. Until we meet again...
