I´m very sad to hear about Bill and my heart goes out to his friends and family. I became good friends will Bill when we were in junior high school and we used to skateboard, play frisbee and get to know the girls in the neighborhood. He was the "Hub of the wheel" in that group and always thoughtful and caring of everyone. We had lots of laughs and good times. I will always look back on those years with happiness in my heart. Thanks Bill for being a important part of my life and a great example of a caring person.

Oh, this one hurts. Billy was one of the good ones, caring and decent. I had such respect and affection for him, and will never, ever forget his kindness to me during difficult times.
My heart is with Amy and their sons, and with the entire O'Connor clan.
May Billy's memory be a blessing. I'm certainly blessed to have known him.

I worked with Bill from the time i started at Ulster BOCES in 1998 until i retired in 2013. Bill was not only reliable and hard working, he was also thoughtful of other's needs. He had a wonderful sense of humor and an engaging smile. He was always approachable and you could count on him to get the job done. I extend my heartfelt condolences to all his family.

My deepest sympathy to Amy and his family. Bill and I worked together at Boces for 17 years. He was a great honest man who adored his wife and was so very proud of his boys and always spoke of them with a gleam in his eyes. To his family and friends: May all of the Love you shared with him carry him to Heaven and place him in the arms of Eternal Bliss. Rest in Peace, Billy.
