Brian Hall Obituary

Brian Murray Hall Gloversville - Brian Murray Hall was the third of four children born to Maude and Murray Hall in Gloversville, New York on January 29, 1957. He transitioned on June 15, 2024.
Brian was a 1975 graduate of Gloversville High School. He attended college in Nebraska for one year on a football scholarship and later returned to Gloversville where he resided for the remainder of his life.
Brian worked at Tryon School and various other jobs. Brian's love for sports ran deep as a Giants football fan and a Mets baseball fan. He was a triathlete in high school, playing basketball, football and baseball.
Brian was a loving and devoted Son, Brother, Uncle, Cousin and Friend. You could always count on him to have your back. He loved life. He was a Mama's boy. When we hear the Spinners sing "Sadie", we will think of Brian. Brian would call often to check up on us. He would say, "Hi Hon" just calling to check up on you. We cannot know the physical pain he endured but we do know that he was always thinking about our welfare. Brian had a heart of gold. He was not perfect, but he was ours, and he was loved and embraced by family and friends.
Brian will be missed! Brian's leaves to cherish his memory his: Mother - Maude Hall; Siblings; Rose Mary Brown and Gwen Passmore; Nieces; Mya Passmore, Asha Washington Foster, Akilah Passmore, Ambriah Brown Chang; Great Niece and Great Nephew; Jasira and Jakhi Foster; Loving and Supporting Cousins; Stanley Leslie, Joe Hall, Juanita Schwed, and a host of other cousins and friends. Brian was pre-deceased in death by his father, Murray and his brother, Greg.
A "Celebration of Life" to honor Brian will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at Berkshire Fire Department, 320 Steele Ave Ext, Gloversville, New York from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Brian was my next door neighbor. I remember him as a very handsome neighbor and very Is physically fit. Brian was soft spoken and very kind. When I was home in 2017/2018 Brian used to lo e the song Sadie. Every time I played that song he would get so excited, he would start singing. Brian will be greatly missed from me and my family.
