Christopher Moffett, 51, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 22,2018, at the Baptist Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.Christopher was born in Schenectady, the son of George and Mary Lou Moffett. He was a graduate of Linton High School and was a ceramic tile worker, working in the Schenectady area. Christopher suffered in a severe accident at age 19 and has been under nursing care since that time. He was loving, kind and adventurous. He enjoyed anything with wheels, that went fast and spent many hours at camp at Sacandaga with family and friends.He was predeceased by his mother, Mary Lou Moffett, in 2016.He is survived by his father, George Moffett and three sisters and a brother, Carol (Joseph) Daley, Kelly (Michael) Riley, Ann Kaskel and Michael (Mary) Moffett and many cousins, nieces and nephews.Funeral service Saturday morning 10 a.m. at St. Luke's Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. There will be no public calling hours. Interment, Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Niskayuna.Memorial contributions may be made to Baptist Health Rehabilitation Center, 297 N.
