Jacqueline A. Welch, 80, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021. She was born in Amsterdam, NY on April 11, 1941. Jackie worked for Tufflite in Ballston Spa for many years. She enjoyed shopping and going out to dinner with her family. Her family was her greatest joy and she treasured the time they spent together. She was predeceased by her husband William "Vince" Welch, stepson Billy, sister Carolyn, and brother Melvin. Jackie is survived by her children Michael Mulvaney (Joanne), Joseph Mulvaney, Jr. (Gerrylynn), Alan Mulvaney (Mary), Kenneth Mulvaney (Tanya), and Joanne Isabella (Carmen); stepchildren Michael Welch (Michelle), and Colleen Hadley (John); brother George Blakeslee (Marylee); and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours on Wednesday, June 16 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Armer Funeral Home, Inc., 39 East High Street, Ballston Spa. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, June 17 in Middle Grove Cemetery, Middle Grove Road, Middle Grove.
