Dear Lisa and Rhodes Family,
It was very difficult to hear the news of Jeffs passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Rhodes family. If there is one thing that can be almost impossible to make sense of in life, it is the loss of a loved one. Although, Jeff and I have not seen one another a lot over the past 20 years, we were very close throughout high school and college. I guess life happened and before we knew it we were in our 40s. I met Jeff in the 8th grade. We spent a lot of time together in those years between, school, sports and social events. Lots of stories. Lots of experiences together. Lots of great times. He was a good friend. I will miss him. Please accept my deepest condolences for a man who was a great son, father and friend. Words simply cant express my sorrow for your loss.

Dear Lisa and children ,
I have not shared this memory of Jeff from the past in my earlier message . I would really want to share that since the last few days , it's really hurting to accept this moment .
Jeff use to come all the way to Valley Cottage,NY almost every day in the past . He wasn't used to Indian spices in coconut rice until then and then he totally got used to it . With so much caring for you Lisa , he had taken it sometimes to Saratoga after 3 hours commutes .
The last I heard from him was that after some years , he had told my regional manager about the coconut rice he misses . I wish I could have stopped by to see Jeff and you all atleast once during the last four years my daughter did summer camp at Skidmore .
We are very
We will keep you in our prayers and will be there for you . Iam very grateful to know Jeff !!
Sincerely,
Mandee Kanagasabapathy.

Lisa and children, I am so sorry and stunned. Jeff is an amazing person and I consider myself blessed to have known him and worked with him. I'll always remember him as a huge JETS fan too. Thanks to Jeff I now enjoy meatballs in BBQ/grape jelly.. I'll never forget his giggle and laugh. We had quite a few at Nathan Littauer Hospital. The Rhodes family will be in my thoughts and prayers..

Our deepest sympathy goes out to Jeffs wonderful family at this time of profound loss. We were very fortunate to have Jeff as a Physical Therapist at Wesley, he was so kind and friendly to his patients and he made a huge difference in their lives as he helped them in their recovery. Our hearts ache knowing we won't be seeing him in the hallways with that huge smile that would always make your day. Jeff's love of and pride for his family was apparent to us all! May his memory live forever.

So very sorry to hear of the passing of Jeff, I had the pleasure of working with him years ago at Eden Park. His infectious smile, personality! My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends who were and will always be his world. I remember years ago when Jeff decided to have the Rehab team go to Saratoga racetrack on the hottest day of the summer...we arrived early and there was Jeff with that infectious smile so excited he and the kids had arrived at the crack of dawn to get a table for all of us. What a sweet man to get all of us together "just because". My memories of Jeff were he was ALWAYS fixated on his family, his love for them, always wanted to make sure they were taken care of. Again, I am so sorry for your loss.

We always hear, " Tomorrow is not promised" but when it hits the heart of our loved ones, it doesn't seem real. Losing you much too soon will leave an undescribable void for Thomas, Michael, Rachel , Lisa and all of your family, friends and pets. Your smile will never fade, your love will always be in our hearts. We will never forget the love that you had for Lisa and your children. That was more beautiful than anything. I loved to make you laugh and the fun memories you gave me. We will miss you but never ever forget you, Jeff!
Every time I think of you, I will think of your smile and Thirteen Squirrels. Godspeed, Jeff.

I was lucky enough to work with Jeff, and to have him as my first boss when I became a Rehab Manager for the first time. He was always approachable and smiled no matter how crazy the day was evidently going to be. A truly kind soul who loved and talked bout his family...and all the pets, frequently. Jeff, you will surely be missed.
