I was Mary's personal shopper at Sendiks in Wauwatosa. She came to be not only one of my favorite customers but also a friend. I only wish I had known her better and longer. She had lots of reasons to be sad and even angry about her health situation in my opinion, but she never expressed a single complaint to me. I looked forward to calling her if something was out of stock, just to talk with her. She was one of the sweetest people I have ever met, I will miss our conversations, and I will never forget her! My sincere sympathy to you, Mr. Hoettels, and your whole family. She talked about all of you with much love and great pride!
Sincerely,
Dottie Graham
