As hard as losing Phil is, he will forever live on through his children and grandchildren. His kind, tender, caring spirit will remain with anyone who was lucky enough to know him. I'm privileged to have known Phil and my heart and love go out to Penny, Paula and Larry, all of the grandchildren, and most of all to my bestie Kim. This world is a better place because your dad was in it. He was the best and will be deeply missed.

Penny and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I have a ton of great memories from my years of working with Phil, every time I think of one I start to laugh inside and then I remember something else that we did and laugh all over again. I was a Pleasure to be a co-worker of Phil but it was also a Gift to call him my friend as well.
