Robb was arguably the best police officer I ever worked with. He was absolutely the best at communicating with citizens, showing them respect and compassion, regardless of who they were or the nature of the situation. I wish every young officer had a chance to ride with him, because they would see first hand how the job should be done. The only thing that takes away some of the sadness of this moment is to remember that crazy, contagious laugh of his. Robb you'll be missed, Rest in Peace - May God Bless and comfort your family.

I worked with Robb for many years. I bumped into him just a few years ago and told him how much I respected and admired him. He was a great police officer who had an incredible ability to talk to anyone on their level and treated everyone with respect. The thing I most admired about him was how much he loved his family. He made no secret about that - he was a great man! RIP Robb. We are going to miss you.
