Kathy, my dearest friend, I can't tell you how shocked I am to have just received this notice via e-mail from an old friend in Schenectady. I can't imagine what a shock this had to have been for you and family. I am so deeply sorry. Although I didn't see Robert as we grew older, I remember him as always being polite and so very nice as a young man. My heart and prayers go out to you, your sister Fran and to all your family. God must have needed him up there with all His other angels. Trust he is surrounded by peace and happiness in a far Better Place. - My love and prayers are being sent to you and yours, dear friend. I recently played pool with Bob at the Rotterdam Seniors. He was always a much better player than I. I'm also a member of the Carpenter's Union, but I worked at Insulsash where we both installed windows. I liked the fact that Bob never raised his voice, always a deep calm voice and always respectful of others. I will miss him.

Oh my, Carin and family - I am so shocked and saddened to hear of Bobby's passing - He certainly was one of a kind. I can't imagine the heartbreak you are all going through. Please try to take comfort in the wonderful memories and love he had for you. I always liked Bobby very much :( I was afraid this would happen, but I am unable to attend the services and feel very badly - I would love to give you all a hug of comfort and to express my sympathy. You are in my thoughts and prayers
