Robert Wanninger Obituary

Robert (Bob) W. Wanninger BrewsterRobert (Bob) W. Wanninger, 68, of Brewster, NY, passed away suddenly at home on Friday, July 6, 2012. He was born November 29, 1943 in Mont Pleasant, NY to Mae and John Wanninger. Bob was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a retired self-employed owner of a specialized construction company. He was an avid golfer, a wine connoisseur and a gourmet chef. On Oct. 7, 1990, Bob married Wendy Bell. They have been married for 22 years. Bob is survived by wife, Wendy Wanninger; children, Randi Zier (Jeff) and Robert Wanninger; grandson, Justin Zier; siblings, Paul Wanninger (Marilyn), JoAnn Clark, Kathy Wanninger, Judy Sapione (Jim); and several nieces and nephews. All services will be held at Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Avenue, Brewster, New York. www.beecherfuneralhome.com Calling hours: Thursday, July 19th, from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial service: Friday, July 20th, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Anyone wishing to share memories may do so at the memorial service.
