Thomas Aquinas Opramolla

Thomas Aquinas Opramolla, 61, of Schenectady, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2022. He was the husband of Elizabeth Foote. Thomas was born in Mineloa, New York on March 3, 1961 and was the son of Robert P. and Joyce Thielk Opramolla. He was a graduate of Cornell University. He worked for the Comptroller's Office of the State of New York for many years until his retirement. Thomas leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Elizabeth Foote; his sisters, Roberta Weinberg (Paul Bryan) and Lorraine Healy (Brandon Garber); his brothers, Mark (Dorothy Kelley) Opramolla, Joseph (Deborah) Opramolla, John (Larissa) Opramolla and Robert H. Opramolla, and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind Betty's daughters, Autumn Tiso and Christine Tiso Harrington. Tom was a fun-loving, kind-hearted, generous spirit who will be dearly missed.

The family will receive relatives and friends Friday, April 1, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Griswold Funeral Home, 1867 State St., Schenectady. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 2, 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Schenectady.
