Victoria DiCocco Obituary

Victoria A. 'Vicki' DiCocco SchenectadyVictoria A. Vicki DiCocco, 64, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 5th at Ellis Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Victoria was born in Niskayuna, New York, a daughter of the late Ubaldo and Angelina Altieri Brugnetti. She was a 1968 graduate of Mont Pleasant High School and she devoted her career to nursing and retired from the Glen Eddy prior to her illness. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was predeceased by her parents and grandparents. Survivors include her beloved husband of 38 years, Joseph DiCocco; devoted children, Diana Lontrato, Adam DiCocco, Anthony DiCocco and Danielle (Carlo Puglisi) DiCocco; adoring grandchildren, Macy Lontrato and Gianna Puglisi; loving sisters, Cynthia Brugnetti and Joann (Virginio) Cippitelli; brother-in-law, Dave (Alma) DiCocco; she is also survived by many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends. At the request of the family, services will be private. A gathering to celebrate Vicki's life will be held on Monday at 5 p.m. at 1238 Libby Ave., Schenectady, NY 12309. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Vicki's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, P.O.
