ALBERT GNASKI Obituary

Albert W. Gnaski of Buffalo Grove Albert W. Gnaski,85, died Tuesday, May 24, 2011, at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. He was born Feb. 14, 1926, in Chicago to Albert A. and Genevieve (nee Suchor) Gnaski. On July 7, 1953, he married Joan C. Jonet in North Hollywood, Calif. He was a resident of Buffalo Grove for over 43 years. Albert was employed with the U.S. Postal Service for over 40 years, working at the Mount Prospect Post Office until his retirement. Survivors include his wife, Joan of 57 years; five children, Sherry (Dale) Breakiron of McHenry, Michelle (Joe) Prindle of Bolingbrook, Larry (Karen) Gnaski of Phoenix, Ariz., Renee Paul of Fox Lake and Adrian (Dan) Cortese of McHenry; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation and services were private for family. Arrangements were entrusted to the Justen Funeral Home & Crematory, McHenry.
