Ann Mullan Obituary

Ann Eileen Mullan of Rolling Meadows A funeral Mass for Ann Eileen Mullan (nee Godvin), 85, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, at St. Collette Church. Interment will be in St. Michael Cemetery, Palatine. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows. Born May 30, 1920, in Chicago, she died Saturday, June 25, 2005, at her home. Growing up on the south side of Chicago, she was full of vigor and had a free spirit. She was a proud and profound Catholic. She was a people-person, and was kind, gracious and cheery. She was the wife of the late John J.; mother of Mary S., John Terrence (Karen), David P., Elizabeth L., Joyce M., Robert D., and the late Daniel E. and Nancy E. Mullan; stepmother of Joli Hegedus; grandmother of 7; daughter of the late John and Katherine Godvin; and sister of Mae Barnicle, James, and the late John, Joe and Terry Godvin. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association. For information, 847-253-0224.
