Anne Medo Obituary

Anne E. Medo Visitation for Anne E. Medo (nee Petras) will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, at the Zidek and Son, Forest Glen Chapels, 5265 N. Elston Ave., Chicago. She will lie in state from 10 a.m. until the services at 11 a.m. Monday, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 5106 N. LaCrosse Ave., Chicago, IL 60630. Interment will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. She was the loving wife of Paul M. Medo; beloved mother of Janet (Dennis) Pilch and Paul S. (Karen) Medo; dear grandmother of Erin A. Medo and Keri A. Medo; cherished great-grandmother of Christopher Medo; fond sister of the late Stephen (Eleanor) Petras and John (Jean) Petras; proud sister-in-law of the late Steve, the late Emily, the late Edward, the late John, the late Carl and the late William; and dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations to Trinity Lutheran Church (at the address above), the Slovak American Charitable Organization, 485 Newtown Drive, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 or Heartland Hospice, are appreciated. Paul, Jan, and Paul,
Anne was a beautiful person and we shall cherish our memories of the many fun moments shared through the years. We were particularly honored to have you stay with us during your vacation in Phoenix. The door is always open!
