I just learned of Barry's passing from the De Witt Clinton HS Alumni Bulletin. Although I have had no contact with him in 47 years, I am saddened by your loss. Barry was a true classmate, and it seems he touched many lives. Please accept my sincere condolences.

It is with such great sadness that we send our heartfelt condolences. Having just learned of your great loss, I know that there are no words to fill the enormous hole left in your hearts. How fortunate were all the baseball kids whose lives Barry touched--we're blessed to have shared so many wonderful years with you!

Mr. Nathanson was one of the nicest men I ever met, as a child, he always made me feel special. I was deeply saddened to learn of his passing and send my love to Mrs. Nathanson, Stacey and Eric, you are all in my thoughts.

Fran, Stacey, Eric, Frank, and Kyra - I am deeply saddened by Barry's untimely passing. There was so much more for him to do and enjoy. I cherish all of my memories of him and only wish there could have been many, many more. Wherever you may be, dearest Barry, may you be riding high in the saddle with the wind at your back and always be able to watch your beloved Giants from a place in the clouds.

We just learned of Doctor Barry's passing, our condolences to the entire family. We always enjoyed seeing Barry in the Building. He always had a smile on his face and loved to say hello.
