Barry Nathanson Obituary

Barry Mark Nathanson, D.D.S. Barry Mark Nathanson, D.D.S., 64, was the beloved husband of Frances for 42 years; loving father of Stacey (Frank Sprtel) Nathanson and Eric Nathanson; cherished Papa Barry to Kyra Sprtel; and dear cousin and friend. Dr. Nathanson was a proud graduate of De Witt Clinton High School in New York, City College of New York, Northwestern Dental School and New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry. He was a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, American Association of Endodontists, Coolidge Endodontic Study Club and Illinois State Dental Society. Dr. Nathanson also served as past president and board member of the Long Grove Park District and former vice president and board member of the BGRA. Services are private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Illinois Mission of Mercy, P.O. I just learned of Barry's passing from the De Witt Clinton HS Alumni Bulletin. Although I have had no contact with him in 47 years, I am saddened by your loss. Barry was a true classmate, and it seems he touched many lives. Please accept my sincere condolences.
