David Dillingham Reed died most unexpectedly at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 41 years of age. A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at Yurs Funeral Home, 1771 W. State St. (Route 38), Geneva, Illinois 60134. A private family burial will take place in Union Cemetery in St. Charles, Illinois. In addition to his loving wife, Rheanna and treasured son, Calvin, David is survived by his parents-in-law, Henry and Nirida Valdez of St. Charles, Illinois, his mother, Beth Bishop and her husband, Dave Bishop, his father, Tom Reed and wife, Sally Reed, his brother, Jim Reed and partner, Brian Quick of Los Angeles, CA, and his sister, Megan Reed Johnson and her husband, Chris and their children, Lainey, Beau and Dane Johnson of Costa Mesa, CA, his sister-in-law, Nadine Zaragoza, and niece, Parris Zaragoza; and Eric Templeton and family, Kirsten McGuire and family, Megan Ann and Adam Claypool and family, and Julie West; aunts and uncles Cathie and Allan Englekirk, Jim Muell and Carol Hafford, Melinda Voss, Carl and Susan Voss, and cousins Jon Mount, Ben and Augustin Muell, Zac and Andrew Voss and many special friends who will miss David and his sense of humor always ... He made us all laugh together and enjoyed his family life to the fullest, and he did it HIS WAY.
