HENRY SENTOWSKI

Henry Sentowski of Riverwoods Henry Sentowski, 90, passed away Sunday May 15, 2011, at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. Henry was a lifelong Chicagoland resident, formerly of Saddlebrook Farms in Grayslake, and had lived in Riverwoods the past several years. He was an airplane mechanic in the Army during World War II, and was later employed with several heating/air conditioning and plumbing companies throughout Chicago. Survivors include one daughter, Cathy (Andrew) Wilkensen of Loudon, Tenn.; one sister, Helen Waryas of Streamwood; and a niece, a nephew, and four great-nephews and -nieces. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Carol in 1995; and his wife, Bernice on Aug. 25, 2010. Chapel services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 18, at Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville.
