I first met Jack roughly 3 years ago or so when I began working at the local Hardware store. He would come in a least a few times a week working on new projects for the School and every time I saw him he'd always have a story to go along with the project. His smiles and stories always kept me wondering what was next. From the many times he was in the store saying hello to a variety of people that worked their to the times where he was in a somewhat grumpy mood, not once was I unhappy to see him. May everyone know that Jack is in heaven and watching over each and every one of us until we meet him once again.

May God hold you in His arms and cradle you with love.
I'm Patty, Jorge's sister and Jack to me was my cousin away from Argentina. We grew up together as one family, celebrating our birthdays and Argentinian tradition together, Christmas, New Years and just plain having fun.
Unfortunately will not be able to make it since I am living in Argentina.
Farewell Jack and say hi to dad, tio Mario y el primo Marito.
Your little sister,
Patty Chazo

Farewell Jack, our older brother.
My family and the Falzones grew up together in West Chicago, not as friends, but as an extended family. I just heard about Jack passing through the grape vine and was devastated. So sorry. He was a great man. I am sure that Jack, Mario, Marito and my dad are having a blast together, as they always have. Some of my best childhood memories are of the Falzone-Chazo gatherings. I hope we can connect soon.
God Bless,
Jorge Chazo and Family

I have worked at St. Charles East High School with Jack for 10 years. He was one of my favorite people to run into in the hallway and talk with. He was interested in people, he loved to finish projects and help out the art department. I always admired him for the way he whole-heartedly tackled everything he did. Everything I lay my eyes on in our part of the building was worked on by Jack, and reminds us of him. I will miss him dearly. He was a good friend to all of us.

I knew Jack back in the 70's and all I can say is that I will always remember him smiling, as in the picture above. He was always smiling and happy, and never had a bad word to say about anyone. We were "roomies" in a house in Batavia with Phil Whitlock, and Dave Meehan. I'll never forget when he steamed fish in our dishwasher. Bless you Jack, now you're smiling with the angels!

To the entire Falzone Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Words cannot express how I feel. We've known Jack for a long time. He always had a good story to tell with a huge smile on his face. May his memories live on forever. Jack, you will be missed by everyone, rest in peace.

I met Jack about 8 years ago when he first started working for the St.Charles School District. I was a Security Officer for the School District and when I would walk the East High school checking the building I wound always see Jack working hard on a project that had to be done by the next School day. Jack thank you for bing a good friend you will be missed.

Uncle Jack took me on my first and only fishing experience. I can still vividly remember being out a small lake in the middle of nowhere. I was catching bluegill like crazy and Uncle Jack kept laughing because (being the expert fisherman)he couldn't get anything to bite at all! Thanks again for all the good memories while I was growing up. You will be missed.

When my husband Joe and myself went to visit our daughter Kaitlyn and Shawn in Chicago we met Jack. It was so obvious how much he loved Shawn and the boys as well as our Kaitlyn. He made up feel welcome and comfortable in Chicago.
Jack please watch over all of us. We will be sure that Joseph Joaquin knows how much you loved him.
May you rest in eternal peace.

Jack helped with a project involving the elevator just last week....when we got it fixed he insisted on riding with me in case it stalled again. He's been a wonderful servant to St. Charles East High School and we will all miss him.

Jack was more than just a brother-in-law to us. We've known him since high school. Jack was the most caring and unselfish person we've ever known. If we ever needed anything, no matter what time it was, he would drop everything and come over to help. You knew when Jack came over or to a family gathering. Jack was the life of the party and the event came alive with his presence. He loved to talk, cook, joke around and tell stories. Jack was a fantastic Uncle to our children and grandchildren. When Frank found his birth family and Fred came down to meet all of us, Jack threw a hugh party and had a pig roast for him. It's still a memorable event for all of us. We hold alot of good and fond memories of Jack. We are just devasted at loosing him. We just talked to Jack last week . . . we never even had the chance to bring him to Nova Scotia like he wanted to do. He wanted to go fishing there with Frank and Fred. To Shawn and Kevin and the Falzone family - our deepest sympathy to you all. It's hard loosing Jack but we all have great memories of him that will live inside each of us to keep his memory going.
With all our love, Debbie, Frank and Fred Blackburn & Ashley Michels

On behalf of Jack's three grandchildren: Jack was loved dearly by his three grandsons and they will greatly miss having him in their lives. Jack was a wonderful and devoted father and grandfather. Tyler (11) remembers all of the good times he had with his grandpa and Jack taking him camping with his cousins. Tristin (6) remembers fishing with his grandpa and going to see 3D movies at the cinema all the time. Joseph "Joaquin" (9 months) unfortunately did not have enough time with his grandpa but he proudly carries his name and he will learn about him through his brothers, myself, his father Shawn, and the rest of the people lucky enough to have known Jack. We love you Jack and we know you are watching over us. You will forever be in our hearts.
